The Master in Educational Innovation includes 6 ECTS of internships: 150 curricular hours (105 on-site), which will take place in the second semester. You will live an immersive experience in an educational centre, where you will put into practice what you have learnt, analyse innovative initiatives, reflect on teaching and develop your own innovation project with monitoring and feedback. He has led an Innovation Institute to apply methodological changes in teaching. His research focuses on the social responsibility of schools and educational innovation.
University teacher and coordinator of Primary Education at Highlands School Los Fresnos. ICF-certified specialist in innovation, educational leadership and coaching. Lecturer in the Primary Education Degree and in master's degrees in leadership and psychopedagogy. With experience in teacher training and educational management, she promotes innovative methodologies to transform teaching and learning.
Teacher and educational coordinator, expert in early childhood education, teacher leadership and classroom management. Teacher at UAX and coordinator at Highlands School Los Fresnos, she leads the "Caring Together" programme. She holds a Master's degree in Augmentative Communication and certifications such as MIE Expert, and has been recognised with the Acade 2023 Award.
PhD in Education, teacher and consultant specialising in educational innovation with extensive experience in digital transformation, teacher training and active methodologies with emerging technologies. Professor in the Master's Degree in ICT at UAX and co-director of HedIA, his research deals with computational thinking, robotics and digital competence in teaching.
President of the Asociación Educación Abierta and consultant in educational innovation and technology. Member of the advisory board of Cuadernos de Pedagogía and of groups such as DIME, AulaBlog and the Asociación Espacios de Educación Superior. He has held management positions at IED España and EOI, as well as leading initiatives in communication and scientific culture in the Community of Madrid.
PhD in Educational Sciences with Cum Laude mention from the University of Alicante and advanced doctoral studies in Guidance and Psychopedagogical Intervention. She researches on teacher training in Early Childhood and Primary Education, Didactics and Organisation of Educational Centres, and Language and Literature Didactics.
PhD in Educational Sciences, specialising in digital competence and STEAM approach. He has collaborated with Edelvives promoting more than 100 educational innovation projects in Spain and Latin America, focused on robotics and digital competences. His research focuses on educational technology, competence development and the transmedia approach.
PhD in Education from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, with more than 15 years of teaching experience and a solid background in teacher training and educational innovation. Specialist in active methodologies, SAD, digital teaching competence and digital didactics, he has collaborated in INTEF projects and is a Google Certified Trainer.

Studying for two degrees at the same time is a challenge, and we want to support you. If you’re already at UAX and enrol on a second degree programme, you’ll be eligible for a grant towards your booking fee and tuition fees.
If you’d like to continue your studies with us and progress from vocational training to a bachelor’s degree, from one bachelor’s degree to another, or from a bachelor’s degree to a postgraduate degree, we’re here to support you with a grant covering up to 25 per cent of your tuition fees.
If you have a strong academic record, we would like to recognise your talent with a scholarship designed for new students. (Excludes the degree in Medicine).
If you’re a high-performance athlete, at UAX we want to help you balance your passion with your studies. We offer specific grants that can cover up to 50% of your tuition fees.

Yes, the Master in Educational Innovation includes external internships. There are 6 ECTS (150 curricular hours), of which 105 are face-to-face in an educational centre during the second semester. These internships will allow you to apply what you have learned, analyse innovative initiatives and develop your own innovation project with monitoring and feedback. Thanks to our agreements with more than 700 schools, NGOs and public institutions, you will have access to real environments where you can make a difference.
The master's degree uses active methodologies such as the case method, problem-based learning, projects and challenges, as well as simulation and experiential learning environments. It also includes workshop and collaborative learning, ensuring practical and innovative training focused on solving real problems.
During the programme, you will learn how to develop educational innovation projects, understanding the different types of innovation and their benefits. You will also address concepts such as innovation in educational guidance or innovation 3.0. Finally, you will work with concept maps to structure innovative strategies and apply technologies in education effectively.
The master's degree has a practical approach based on self-directed learning with the support of mentors. Agile and creative methodologies such as Agile and Lean Canvas will be used, as well as project-based learning strategies and gamification. Students will investigate educational trends and their application in the classroom, as well as using generative AI to personalise teaching.
