The content of the assignment to be completed will be based on the exploration of a legal topic of sufficient complexity and will have been agreed upon with the student’s supervisor. This dissertation must be as close to real-world practice as possible; it must be original, not merely bibliographical in nature, designed so that the time invested by the student corresponds to 6 ECTS credits, and distinct from any other dissertation(s) the student has previously undertaken and which have already been academically assessed. The final dissertation submitted must be defended before an examination board and must demonstrate that the student has acquired the general and specific competences of the degree programme. In all cases, the Final-Year Project must demonstrate that students have acquired the general competences of the degree programme within the framework of the knowledge, techniques and practical tools necessary to achieve the objectives set out at the start of the project, always from a cross-disciplinary perspective.
