What’s more, you’ll have full access to our campus in Madrid to carry out administrative tasks, get answers to your questions and enjoy the facilities it has to offer.
Our degree is official, verified by the Council of Universities and fully valid in Spain, as well as in the European Higher Education Area.
It is recognised by the Education Systems of Latin America, being recognised and approved by the different Ministries of Education in Latin America:

You will be able to undertake your work placement with the support of our partner firms, including Pérez-Llorca, Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, Vilches Abogados and Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia, as well as at notary offices, corporate legal departments, registries, associations, public bodies and professional associations.
Once you have chosen your placement, you will attend two or three days a week, either in the morning or afternoon. During this period, you will work on resolving real-life cases and undertaking practical exercises in the practice of law, under the supervision of a professional mentor, who will design your placement plan and assess your progress.

The Online Bachelor's Degree in Law is an official degree, so you can access it through any of the following options:

COMPETENCY TEST: TCAP©- Test of Academic and Personal Competences.
An initial competency assessment will be carried out by means of a battery of standardised and scientifically endorsed psycho-technical and personality tests.
Estimated duration of the Online Test: 60'.
LANGUAGE TEST:
- English test for candidates with Spanish mother tongue.
- Spanish test for candidates with a non-Spanish mother tongue.

For the admission of candidates, the following criteria will be taken into account at a general level:

With the online Bachelor's Degree in Law you will be able to practice as a qualified lawyer, after obtaining the qualifying postgraduate training. You will also be able to work in the legal departments of companies.
You will be able to take competitive examinations to enter the public administration, as a lawyer in the constitutional bodies of the State, as a judge, magistrate, prosecutor, court clerk, etc.
UAX's online methodology allows you to study where and when you want, with freedom of schedule and access to the Virtual Campus 27/7. You will be able to watch your virtual classes live or recorded. Academic advisors will help you balance your personal life with your study schedule.
The Online Bachelor's Degree in Law lasts 4 years and is an official degree with 240 ECTS credits.
You will undertake your work placement in official judicial bodies such as the courts of first instance in Móstoles and Madrid, the Provincial Court, the National Court and the Supreme Court, amongst others.
You will also be able to benefit from the university’s partnerships with over 8,800 companies, including the Big Four, Telefónica, Repsol and Acciona, amongst many others.
Once you have completed your Bachelor's Degree in Law, you can continue your training with the Online Master's Degree in Law and Procurement, which will prepare you to practice law and successfully pass the official entrance exam to the profession.

The UTC is made up of the Head of Studies; two members, lecturers from the degree programme; an external professional; a PAS representative and a student representative: Paola Camila Lecoña Colque (Students).
The students are elected in a democratic process, convened through the virtual campus. In the event of there being more than one candidate, elections are held to appoint them by majority vote.
The Degree Monitoring and Improvement Committee, effective from 2022, is made up of the Head of Studies of the legal area, the Degree Coordinator, students, teachers of the degree, and the person responsible for Quality at UAX.
