The Master’s Degree in Conflict Prevention and Mediation addresses the need to improve harmony and well-being in the classroom. It equips you to identify and address conflict situations with a human and transformative approach, applying strategies for prevention, emotional management and educational support. Through real-life scenarios, you will learn to intervene in cases of bullying, foster positive school environments and provide emotional support to pupils and teachers.
The use of technology has exacerbated forms of school violence such as cyberbullying, sexting, grooming and gender-based violence amongst teenagers. This master’s programme equips you to identify and address these issues with a preventative and up-to-date approach, enabling you to work as a Wellbeing Coordinator and Educational Mediator.
Through a flexible methodology, based on real-life cases and collaborative work, you will apply what you have learnt right from the start. In an educational context marked by rising levels of school bullying and mental health issues, there has also been an increased demand for specialised professionals, both at regional and local levels, and from international organisations such as UNESCO and the WHO.

During the second four-month period, you will do your External Academic Internship in an educational centre, where you will be accompanied at all times by a teaching tutor from the centre itself. This experience will allow you to put into practice everything you have learnt in the master's degree, collaborating directly in the following areas:

Teaching staff
PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and Master in Clinical Chemistry. She combines her research career in neuroscience and adolescent emotional well-being with solid teaching experience. She directs the Master in Educational Neuropsychology at UAX, where she is also part of the DIATEN research group. She is co-director of the journal Tecnoeducalem and author of several publications on educational innovation and neuroeducation.
PhD in Educational Technology and Knowledge Management, Graduate in Primary Education with specialisations in Therapeutic Pedagogy, Hearing and Language, and Music. He currently works in an Early Childhood and Primary School as a specialist in diversity and educational technology, and collaborates in research projects on learning difficulties and technological innovation in the classroom.
PhD in Health, Psychology and Psychiatry, specialising in cognitive and behavioural neuroscience. Her research has focused on emotional memory, addictive behaviours and neurodegenerative diseases. She has published in high impact scientific journals and has a six-year research period recognised by the CNEAI. She is accredited by ANECA as a contract professor.
D. in Medicine, he holds several master's degrees, including Direction and Management of Educational Centres and Teacher Training. He has been a teacher and pedagogical coordinator at institutions such as C.E.B.A.T. and UAX, teaching science subjects. His research career includes pre-doctoral work at the Hospital La Fe in neurosurgery and molecular biology. He has scientific publications and communications in national and international congresses.
PhD in Conflict Management and Resolution and Degree in Psychology. He has completed several official master's degrees in psychoeducational research, mediation and teacher training. He is accredited as a contract lecturer with a doctorate by ANECA. His research work focuses on cultural diversity in educational contexts and therapeutic justice, with publications in articles, books and conferences.
PhD in Educational Research and Practice, Degree in Chemistry and Master's Degree in Teaching, Culture of Peace and Human Rights. Specialist in the analysis of school coexistence and active methodologies, she has researched on conflicts in the classroom, diversity and inclusive practices, with several publications focused on the promotion of equitable and respectful educational environments.
PhD in Philosophy and Educational Sciences, specialising in educational technology and telematic animation. He has extensive experience as a primary school and physical education teacher. His current lines of research focus on neuropedagogy, the development of logical thinking, educational awareness and the inclusion of death in education.
