This MBA has been developed in collaboration with Live Nation, a global leader in live entertainment. Its objective is to train professionals capable of leading business projects in the music and entertainment industry.
The programme combines a solid background in strategy, finance, marketing and leadership with an in-depth knowledge of Music Business. Throughout the course, you will participate in immersive experiences at the heart of the industry: attendance at international trade fairs, production of events with top artists, masterclasses with Live Nation's top management and practical workshops given by professionals from the entertainment ecosystem.
The faculty is made up of active professionals who manage the most important companies in the sector: executives from Live Nation Entertainment, the CEO of Ticketmaster España, the president of PROMUSICAE, specialists who run the country's most important festivals such as Arenal Sound, Sónar and FIB, and experts in law, talent and strategy applied to the entertainment industry.

Ana Gómez de Castro
PR, CSR and Education Director of Live Nation Spain. With experience in management, production and development of projects in international environments, her career combines the coordination of teams and the execution of cultural initiatives with a strategic vision oriented towards the sustainability and growth of projects in the sector.
Pedro Martínez-Vega
Economist, promoter and consultant specialising in the live music and entertainment industry, with more than twenty years of experience in the development of cultural projects and innovative business models. He has participated in key operations in the sector, such as the transformation of Grupo Pacha together with Trilantic and the expansion of brands such as Woomoon or Toyroom, as well as in strategic processes linked to companies such as Glaciar Music or ECOALF. He currently directs Resonance Projects, from where he promotes initiatives that connect culture and industry, such as Revolution65 at the Teatro Real. His profile combines financial vision, in-depth knowledge of live entertainment and experience in branding, sponsorship and audience development, providing a highly relevant strategic perspective for the sector.
Soco Collado
One of Spain's leading music industry executives, with over 25 years of experience in both live and recorded music. She is currently managing director of PROMUSICAE and AGEDI and president of the Spanish Music Federation (Es_Música), from where she promotes strategies for the development, internationalisation and sustainability of the sector. Throughout her career she has combined a solid background in economics and business management with a transversal vision of the music ecosystem, participating in strategic initiatives such as the creation of the Music Institute to strengthen the economic and cultural impact of the sector. Her profile stands out for her ability to connect industry, cultural policies and talent development, consolidating herself as a key figure in the transformation and professionalisation of the music sector in Spain.
María Abejaro
Sponsorship Director at Live Nation Entertainment and Sponsorship Director of Mad Cool Festival. Specialist in marketing and development of strategic alliances in the live music industry, she has a solid background in events, branding and experiential marketing. She leads partnership strategies between brands and major music productions, designing experiences that connect with audiences through live music. His profile combines strategic vision, creativity and in-depth knowledge of the festival and entertainment ecosystem, as well as teaching and dissemination experience in the field of events and sponsorship.
Nacho Cordoba
Head Promoter at Live Nation Entertainment Spain, is one of the key profiles in the promotion of live music, leading the strategy of concerts and tours in the national market. He has been involved in some of the sector's main projects, including festivals and major productions, with a comprehensive vision of the live music business. His profile combines operational experience, negotiation skills with artists and management, and a deep understanding of the concert and festival ecosystem.
Ana Valdovinos
CEO of Ticketmaster Spain and CFO since 2011, positions she combines with that of Head of Human Resources and Compliance. With a degree in Economics and an MBA from ESADE Business School, she was a Business Consultant for 4 years at one of the Big 5, Arthur Andersen, and subsequently a Financial Consultant at Andersen Consulting. She left consulting to join a multinational project at Lear Corporation where she worked as a cost analyst for the different production plants in Europe, Turkey, South Africa and Thailand.
Her experience in the Ticketing sector dates back to 2003 where she started as Financial Director of ServiCaixa, a subsidiary of Caixabank where she also carried out several organisational and management projects.

Director of Brand Partnerships at Superstruct Entertainment Iberia, the largest network of festivals in Spain, which integrates some of the most important music events in the country such as Arenal Sound, Sónar and FIB. A specialist in brand strategy, innovation and live experiences, he has a solid track record in the development of large-scale projects within the entertainment ecosystem. Founder of the digital consultancy Neolabels (later integrated into IPG Mediabrands), he has led branded content and marketing initiatives for companies such as Amazon, Samsung and Spotify.
Celia Carrilo
International marketing and live entertainment executive with more than 30 years of experience leading global strategies for artists and tours in Latin America, Europe and the US Latin market. She has held senior positions in key companies such as Universal Music Group, Ticketmaster and Live Nation Entertainment, developing international campaigns for artists such as Karol G, Coldplay, Madonna and Rihanna. Her work has contributed to major global hits and large-scale international tours, positioning her as a key figure in audience development and marketing strategies in the music industry.
