Yes. There are several halls of residence on the Villanueva de la Cañada Campus. The R1 and R5 halls offer single rooms. The R2 and R3 halls offer both single and double rooms. Please see the accommodation and halls of residence page.
There are bus routes connecting Madrid with Villanueva de la Cañada: route 627 from Moncloa and route 581 from Cuatro Vientos. We recommend checking the latest timetables before you set off.
