• Nutritional consultation and bioimpedance classroom. This classroom has the best body analysis technology (Inbody 770) and a specific environment for your training, where we will role play client-nutritionist with a subsequent analysis recorded on video that will make you improve exponentially in your training as a future professional.

The Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics has academic internships in all courses (50% of the degree content is practical). You will also do more than 480 hours of professional internships in companies. Depending on your profile, you can choose where to do your internship.

All those interested in studying a Bachelor's Degree at UAX must take an entrance exam.

The tests have an approximate duration of one and a half hours and consist of the following:
Competence test: TCAP©- Test of Academic and Personal Competences. The candidate's competences are evaluated through standardised and scientifically endorsed psycho-technical and personality tests. The test lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Language test: English test for candidates with Spanish mother tongue and Spanish test for candidates with non-Spanish mother tongue. The estimated duration of the online test is 30 minutes.
In the following degrees the level of English required for admission is B1: Degree in Industrial Electronic and Automatic Engineering and Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
For the following degrees the level of English required for admission is B2: Degree in Biomedicine, Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Degree in Biotechnology and Degree in Business Intelligence, as well as the double degree.
Candidates with a non-Spanish mother tongue will be required to have a minimum level B1 of Spanish, regardless of the language level certificates they present.

The Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics lasts four academic years, which can be reduced to almost two years depending on the number of validations.

By studying nutrition and dietetics you will become a professional capable of improving people's quality of life through their diet. From a global approach, you will be prepared to address the improvement of sports performance, health, rest and disease states, from food and personalised nutrition.

Furthermore, once you have completed your degree in nutrition and dietetics, you will have a broad knowledge of the subject, which will allow you to specialise in the branch you like the most, either by taking a postgraduate course or by joining a job market where studying nutrition provides many opportunities and professional development.

By studying a degree in nutrition, you will combine in-depth knowledge of food, the rigorous application of nutritional science and the use of technology to optimise health and wellbeing.

You will study subjects such as: structure and function of the human body, biostatistics, biology, bromatology, dietetics, food technology, public health, culinary technology, clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, among others.

In addition, in the Faculty of Health Sciences at UAX we have reference facilities to carry out your studies such as the kitchen classroom, nutritional consultation and bioimpedance classroom located in our Virtual Hospital, where you can role-play client-nutritionist, food science and technology classroom where you will study both theoretically and practically. We also have numerous chemistry, chemical engineering, physiology and metabolism laboratories.
