Alicia Díaz de la Fuente
Composer, winner of the National Music Prize 2022, Doctor of Philosophy and Professor of Composition at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid. Her work, renowned for its refined timbre and expressive depth, has been performed in leading institutions such as the Orquesta y Coro Nacionales de España, consolidating her as one of the most outstanding figures of contemporary creation in Spain. She combines a solid compositional career with an intense research and teaching activity in 20th and 21st century music, providing a high-level artistic and analytical vision that connects creation, thought and advanced musical practice.
Joseba Beristain
Composer specialising in music for film and audiovisuals, with more than two decades of experience and a solid presence in the field of animation. He has scored soundtracks for numerous projects, including feature films such as Elcano y Magallanes, recorded with the Orquesta de Euskadi and the Orfeón Donostiarra, and Unicorn Wars (Goya for Best Animated Film 2022). His music, with great stylistic versatility and a markedly narrative approach, has been recognised in awards such as the Goya Awards, Quirino Awards and Fugaz Awards. In addition to his work as a composer, he has developed an outstanding pedagogical and informative activity, teaching in specialised institutions and participating in workshops and training projects linked to the audiovisual industry.
Nerea Alberdi
Composer and orchestrator specialising in music for audiovisuals, with postgraduate training at Berklee College of Music. She has participated in more than fifty feature films as orchestrator, including titles such as La boda de Rosa, Nieva en Benidorm and Un mundo normal, and has worked on international productions such as Robot Dreams. As a composer, she has scored films such as Josefina and Las hijas, as well as TV series such as Go!azen and Irabazi arte, and stage projects such as Todas las hijas. Her profile combines solid experience in the industry with versatility between film, television and theatre, consolidating her as a professional of reference in music for image.
Ana Vázquez Silva
Composer, researcher and teacher with a solid career in concert and audiovisual music, she combines an outstanding creative activity with a strong academic projection. She has received commissions from institutions such as the Orquesta Nacional de España and the Fundación Albéniz, and her music has been performed at leading venues such as the Auditorio Nacional and the Teatro de la Zarzuela. Julián Ávila
Professor of Music Technology, composer and sound artist with more than twenty years of experience, he combines a solid academic career with an outstanding creative activity in the field of electroacoustic music and technology-assisted composition. With a PhD in electroacoustic composition from the University of Manchester and trained at leading institutions such as the IRCAM in Paris, his work has been recognised with numerous national and international composition awards, and his profile integrates creation, research and technological development applied to music, providing an advanced vision of the new tools and languages of contemporary composition.
Juanjo Molina
Composer specialising in music for film and audiovisual media, with a career spanning more than two decades that includes film, television, theatre and video games. His language combines a great narrative capacity with stylistic versatility, moving between large-scale orchestral writing and a more intimate and emotional approach. He is the author of successful musicals such as Christmas Dreams, performed on Madrid's Gran Vía, and Hadas el musical, as well as the recent theatrical production La Rosa 14, which sold out before its premiere. His international profile is completed with awards such as Best Original Score at the Bridge Fest Vancouver and the FICOCC, consolidating a solid career in musical creation for audiovisual and stage narrative.
