The UAX Group will be taking part in AULA 2026 from 11 to 15 March with a shared stand that will host two of its leading higher education institutions: Alfonso X el Sabio University (UAX) and XTART FP. Visitors to stand E09 in Hall 12 at IFEMA in Madrid will thus be able to discover the group’s wide range of programmes in higher education and vocational training – two complementary pathways offering education that is closely linked to the world of work and strongly focused on employability.

For its part, UAX, true to its innovative UAXMakers educational model, will offer live demonstrations showing how it integrates technology into its teaching from the very first year. This approach promotes active and practical learning, designed to help students transition into a constantly evolving professional environment and equip them with the skills and abilities demanded by today’s labour market.

In the Business and Tech area, UAX will demonstrate how robotics and artificial intelligence are already part of everyday professional life, with live demonstrations such as a robotic dog, designed to illustrate real-world applications in sectors such as logistics, security, healthcare and even rescue missions. It will also present degree programmes such as the Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computing, developed in collaboration with Google, the Bachelor’s Degree in Business Intelligence, developed in partnership with EY, KPMG, Deloitte and PwC; and hybrid programmes such as Mathematical Engineering with a Certificate in Digital Business, and Business Administration and Management taught entirely in English with a Certificate in Technology for Driving Transformation

In the field of healthcare, UAX’s activities will include a surgical theatre simulation using virtual reality headsets to recreate a digitalised clinical environment, as well as an activity involving an ultrasound scanner and specialised manikins to demonstrate how examinations are practised using advanced technology. These experiences tie in with degree programmes such as Medicine, Nursing, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Psychology and Veterinary Science, with a practical focus underpinned by innovation and pre-clinical training from the earliest stages

Sport will also feature prominently at AULA2026 with initiatives linked to the UAX Rafa Nadal University School, including a physical activity circuit to test sporting skills. Attendees will be able to find out more about degree programmes such as Physiotherapy, CAFyD, the MBA in Sport Management, the Master’s Degree in Sports Performance and Injury Prevention, and the Online Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management developed in collaboration with LALIGA.

For its part, XTART FP will present the evolution of its vocational training programme towards more technology-driven, personalised models co-created with companies and institutions. It will also highlight how these centres must continue to evolve to provide students with a solid education that facilitates their entry into the labour market. To this end, XTART FP will bring practical experiences to AULA 2026 where prospective students can step into the shoes of real professionals.

There’ll be plenty of action at stand 12E09 with a challenge testing endurance and teamwork, which will involve performing push-ups whilst wearing a full civil protection suit. This will enable attendees to find out more about XTART FP’s official Intermediate Vocational Qualification in Emergencies and Civil Protection, which is delivered at its pioneering facilities in Alcobendas.

Furthermore, XTART FP will showcase some of its most notable courses in the field of healthcare, such as the Higher Vocational Training course in Pathological Anatomy and Cytodiagnosis and the course in Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory Science. Students will have the chance to observe anatomical structures, arteries and samples of different pathologies using state-of-the-art microscopes, or step into the shoes of a dental expert whilst fitting and modelling dental prostheses – an experience linked to the Higher Vocational Training course in Dental Prosthetics

But that’s not all, because anyone visiting the XTART FP stand will be able to learn how to perform a correct venipuncture using arms, blood and catheters in a simulated environment, alongside professionals studying for the Higher National Diploma in Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine. They can also gain a deeper understanding of how to save lives through a workshop focused on practising basic first aid and paediatric CPR techniques – essential skills for dealing with any emergency, which are acquired by students on the Intermediate Vocational Qualification in Nursing Assistance.

Through its presence at AULA 2026, the UAX Group reinforces its commitment to supporting students in decisions that shape their future, providing applied training that utilises meaningful technology and is aligned with the real needs of the labour market.
