Gain training at the highest level in the field of clinical nutrition through an innovative approach that fits in with your professional commitments.

The aim of the Master’s programme is to provide you with specialised training as a healthcare professional in the field of Clinical Nutrition. Specifically, the programme will cover the concepts of malnutrition and disease-related malnutrition in various clinical contexts. Throughout the programme, you will be able to update your knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the early detection of disease-related malnutrition, as well as how to develop nutritional treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

The Master’s Degree in the Management of Disease-Related Malnutrition is a programme designed in collaboration with Abbott Laboratories and healthcare professionals from leading healthcare centres. High-quality training at your own pace, thanks to an innovative teaching methodology. 
The curriculum is structured into 12 modules, each comprising 4–6 sections. The first 6 modules are cross-disciplinary (3 ECTS) and are further subdivided into 3 basic modules and 3 advanced modules. In turn, the final 6 modules are specialised or
disease-specific (6 ECTS).

Access and Admission

Legal entry requirements

You may enrol on individual modules or the full Master’s programme, provided you meet the following legal entry requirements:

  • You must be a specialist in Endocrinology and Nutrition and be practising as a healthcare professional within the Spanish Social Security healthcare system or in centres, hospitals or healthcare institutions in Spain.  

The Master’s programme concludes in June 2025. 

Once the time limit set for completing the various programmes has elapsed, access will be revoked and you will no longer be able to access the programmes’ resources and content.
