What will you learn?

The Leadership and Soft Skills micro-credential aims to develop key competencies for personal leadership and effective team management, enabling participants to apply interpersonal skills, problem-solving techniques and productivity tools in real professional contexts.

Through practical, agile and action-oriented training, you will acquire a solid understanding of the personal, emotional and organisational factors that influence individual and collective performance, as well as their impact on motivation, efficiency and goal achievement.

Upon completion of this micro-credential, you will be able to:

  • Understand the fundamentals of leadership, identifying your own style and its influence in the professional environment.
  • Develop communication, motivation and team management skills to positively influence people.
