Higher Online Technician in Early Childhood Education

Dual training in virtual mode:

Based on the Organic Law 3/2022 from the academic year 24-25 different significant novelties are introduced in the Vocational Training system in Spain.

• Virtual DUAL Methodology: Those students who take a distance vocational training course will concentrate the internships in a single period of 500 hours in the second year. They will be able to access them after passing 30% of the professional modules and having a favourable report from the teaching staff.

_{^{This changeover to the new Dual VET regulations (a standard version for the whole country except for the order of the modules and the teaching load set by each Autonomous Community) affects all first-year courses in any of their modalities (face-to-face or virtual) except for the Higher Cycle in Dietetics, which remains in the LOGSE training plan, prior to the current LOE*.}}

At UAX, practical training is one of the fundamental pillars on which our learning methodology is based. For this reason, we offer you a Workplace Training module with which you can do 500 hours of work experience in more than 500 public, private and state-subsidised educational centres throughout Spain, such as:

You will test all the knowledge acquired in the classroom in a real environment and in direct contact with professionals in the sector. At the end of your internship, you will be ready to enter the job market.

José Manuel Bermejo: teacher with a degree in social work, with an official Master's degree in Guidance and Family Mediation, and also works as Coordinator of the Asperger's Syndrome-TEA Association of Salamanca.

Noemí Sánchez Brea: qualified teacher in early childhood education and foreign language, with more than 15 years of experience as a classroom tutor in early childhood education. Specialist in English at this stage and updated in new teaching pedagogies, active methodologies and neurodivergences.

Patricia Yañez Conde: teacher with a degree in psychology, specialising in peaceful conflict resolution and mediation.

Laura Gómez Olmedo: teacher with a degree in physical education, with experience as director of an early childhood education centre.

Alberto Acedo Fernández-Cid: a graduate teacher in primary and infant education, expert in emotional education and intervention strategies for students with ADHD.

You will also be able to validate your internships for previous professional experience in the sector, which can be proven with a work history and company certificate. To be assessed by the Management of the Centre.

You can access this Higher Level Training Cycle if:

• You are 18 years old or you turn 18 in the year in which the training course begins.
• You are over 16 years old and you are registered as a worker, you are a high-level sportsperson or you have an illness, physical difficulty or dependence that prevents you from attending the training cycle in person.

In addition, you must have at least one of the following academic qualifications:

• Baccalaureate (LOE or LOGSE).
• Specialist Technician or Higher Vocational Training Technician Degree.
• Intermediate Vocational Training Technician's Degree
• Training Cycle or Intermediate Degree
• University Degree
• COU or Pre-university Certificate
• Document that proves that you have passed the 2nd year of any modality of the experimental Baccalaureate.
• Certificate of successful completion of the entrance exams to higher level training cycles.

El FP Online de Educación Infantil se desarrolla a través de un campus virtual donde los estudiantes acceden a contenidos teóricos, actividades de autoevaluación y ejercicios prácticos. Además, cuentan con consultorías y clases virtuales que facilitan un contacto fluido con el equipo docente.

Utilizamos metodologías activas adaptadas a cada módulo, como Role Play, simulaciones, análisis de casos reales, Kahoot y vídeos educativos, para fomentar un aprendizaje dinámico y participativo.

The VET in Early Childhood Education is designed for people with a clear vocation of service towards children and their families, who wish to help and guide the comprehensive development of children from their earliest stages. The student profile tends to have qualities such as empathy, patience, communication skills and creativity, as well as a genuine interest in child development.
