European PhD in History from the Complutense University of Madrid and Professor at the Alfonso X el Sabio University, with a recognised six-year research period.
Her academic career has been linked to Ancient History, cultural landscapes and heritage education. This has led her to work as a researcher at the Centro de Ciencias Humanas y Sociales of the CSIC, where she has participated in numerous research projects. Internationally, she has held a research fellowship at Oxford University. She currently directs the Education and Landscape Research Group (EduPa) at the Alfonso X el Sabio University.
She also has a solid track record in university management. She has been director of the Master's Degree in Teacher Training and head of pedagogical innovation. She currently holds the position of Dean of the Faculty of Education Sciences and the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts.

Education professional with extensive experience in pedagogical innovation, academic management and teacher training. He has solid experience as a teacher and coordinator, as well as in the design, development and management of educational projects.
PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with a solid teaching and research career in higher education. She has developed her career in the field of educational innovation, science didactics and applied research, combining academic activity with previous experience in biomedical research.
PhD in Education, degree in Hispanic Philology and master's degree in Educational Innovation and Educational Accompaniment. With more than 20 years of experience in teaching and school management, he currently runs an educational centre in Madrid. He is an ICF-certified educational and executive coach, specialising in leadership and personal development.
Doctor in Education, accredited by ANECA, psychopedagogical teacher and specialist in Educational Neurotechnology, with extensive experience as a university lecturer. She combines her work with other activities such as teacher training, conferences and publications in different media.
Doctor in Education, professor at UAX and director at Highlands School Los Fresnos. With more than 25 years of experience in educational management, he has taught in VET, Education Degrees and Master's Degrees. He has led an Innovation Institute to apply methodological changes in teaching.
University lecturer in educational technology programmes, teaching digital competence and educational innovation. She has extensive experience in higher education, as well as in the coordination of academic teams, teacher training and the development of innovation projects and educational content.
Telecommunications Engineer with 25 years of professional experience in the Education sector. Master's Degree in Teaching, specialising in Mathematics. He is currently Head of Studies at a private school where he teaches Mathematics, Technology and Computer Science.
PhD in Psychology, degree in Psychopedagogy and teacher of Foreign Languages, with Masters in Didactics, Teacher Training and Research in Social Sciences. Experience as a teacher and researcher in universities and educational innovation and ICT organisations.
With more than 15 years of experience teaching Spanish to students and professionals from different countries, she is an expert in teacher training and ELE programme development. She combines university teaching with academic coordination and TFM tutoring, providing leadership, innovation and practical experience in language teaching.
PhD in Education, with more than 10 years of experience in university teaching and academic management. Her career combines teaching, academic coordination and the creation of educational materials in different training contexts.
Teacher and academic manager with extensive experience in higher education and adult education. Doctor in Educational Sciences and researcher in Adult Education and Training Policies, with international experience in the sociology of education and instructional design.
She has more than 10 years of experience as a researcher in the hospital field and develops her professional work as a psychologist and neuropsychologist. Since 2012 she has worked as a university lecturer, teaching in Education, Psychology and Psychopedagogy degrees, as well as in teacher training master's degrees.
Innovation and Research
In 2024 the PDI of the Faculty of Education presented or developed 14 proposals, 9 of which were approved, which means that 64.28% of the activities promoted by its staff have been awarded.
Periodically, the faculty holds meetings with different interest groups (students, graduates, employers, those responsible for the degrees and administration and services staff). In this way they share and report on the main challenges to be addressed, the results achieved and the main improvement actions implemented.
