Dual training in on-site mode:

Based on the Organic Law 3/2022 from the academic year 24-25 different significant novelties are introduced in the Vocational Education and Training system in Spain

• All Vocational Training will adopt a dual approach, which means that students will combine their learning between educational centres and companies.
• The Workplace Training (FCT) module will no longer exist as a separate component. Instead, work placements will be integrated directly within the modules of each training programme.
• This means that internships will not take place exclusively at the end of the course, but will be distributed throughout the educational programme and will be oriented towards the achievement of specific learning outcomes.

The new VET Law establishes two models of dual VET: the general model and the intensive model. The general model replaces the previous "classroom mode" and work placements in companies will represent between 20-35% of training hours, depending on the type of VET. In the intensive model, companies will assume 35-50 % of the training time. All higher vocational training cycles of UAX FP belong to the general model.

TDconsulting, Sage and the Alfonso X el Sabio University join forces with the aim of expanding the training of students who are studying some of the selected Higher Level training cycles.

Through this collaboration, you will be able to broaden your knowledge with a Sage50 monographic course. The aim is to train you so that you can gain a better understanding of how a company really works and to promote its employability by creating more competitive people.

The course is made up of seven modules that cover all the functionalities of the programme and will be taught using e-learning methodology to be followed together with the Sage 50 programme, which is why an educational licence is included for students.

In this way, the three entities promote the training of students by focusing on accounting and business management. Sage50 is designed to increase the productivity of a business and adapt to new challenges.

• Duration: 60 hours

Syllabus: covers most of the main functionalities of the programme and corresponds to the certification syllabus:

• Module 0. General handling of the programme and specific tools.
• Module 1. Management: purchasing, sales and warehousing
• Module 2. Accounting and taxation
• Module 3. Treasury: collection and payment forecasts
• Module 4. Analytical accounting
• Module 5. Fixed assets and depreciations
• Module 6. Configurable reports

You can access this Higher Level Training Cycle if:

• You are 18 years old or you turn 18 in the year in which the training course begins.
• You are over 16 years old and you are registered as a worker, you are a high-level sportsperson or you have an illness, physical difficulty or dependence that prevents you from attending the training cycle in person.

In addition, you must have at least one of the following academic qualifications:

• Baccalaureate (LOE or LOGSE).
• Specialist Technician or Higher Vocational Training Technician Degree.
• Intermediate Vocational Training Technician's Degree
• Training Cycle or Intermediate Degree
• University Degree
• COU or Pre-university Certificate
• Document that proves that you have passed the 2nd year of any modality of the experimental Baccalaureate.
• Certificate of successful completion of the entrance exams to higher level training cycles.

By studying the VET in Administration and Finance you will be responsible for managing documents, drawing up invoices and budgets, making financial calculations, preparing reports, dealing with calls and visits, and coordinating the company's internal and external communication. You will also be involved in the management of human resources, logistics, accounting and taxation, playing a key role in the running of any organisation.

To study the Higher Technician in Administration and Finance it is important to have numerical and calculation skills, be organised, proactive and have analytical skills. Communication skills, the use of digital tools, the capacity for teamwork and leadership, as well as the initiative to solve problems and make strategic decisions are also essential.
