Sports Summer Experience of UAX Mare Nostrum is a summer course designed for students who are passionate about sport, physical activity and wellbeing.
Over the course of 2 weeks you will discover the fundamentals of training, physical preparation, motor work and sports recovery through practical and dynamic sessions led by university professionals.

They are especially designed for young people who want to explore possible academic and professional vocations in areas such as health, sport, technology or video games, through practical and dynamic learning.
No specific prior knowledge is required, as the courses are designed to introduce students to each discipline in an accessible, participatory and experiential way.
